Policy

All Orders Are Processed Daily. Orders For In-Stock Products Placed Monday Through Saturday by 2:00pm ET will be shipped the Following Day. Orders Placed On A Sunday Or Holiday Will Be Shipped The Following Business Day. All Express Shipping Are Processed The Same Day If Orders Are Placed before 12pm.

Refund & Exchange

All item/s can be returned back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding the shipping charge) provided it is in its original, unused condition. Please note returns take up to 14 business days to process from the date we receive them.

How do I return an item?

First complete the exchange or return section of the form that came with your order. Please include payment to cover any price difference on an exchange. Check the return reason and Provide your shipping information. 

Box up or bag your items and paper work. Choose a prepaid traceable delivery service for all domestic orders. Peel and stick the prepaid return label onto your package. Place the your mailbox or drop off the package an any local post office. Please allow us up to 14 days to take care of your request from the time we received it.
